Research On Component-based Taxation Cadre Evaluation System

In the taxation department, every cadre will be examined annually in order tocheck their work. Computer network has been applied in many aspects in taxationsystem. How to evaluate the work of cadres through the network is a problem worthy tobe researched.Software reusability is an important technology to evaluate the software. Ifsoftware can be developed from existed component, it can lead to higher softwareproductivity and quality. This paper starts from the thought of component-baseddevelopment and discusses how to develop a system using component technology. Thecadre evaluation system is realized through COM and some reusable component in thisdomain is produced which can be used in other analogy systems.In this paper, firstly the basic concept of COM and other related technologies areintroduced, and then we discuss the relationships between the component and some newtechnologies such as three-tire architecture, UML and RUP. The request model iserected according to the characters of the cadre evaluation in taxation department. Wecreate the system's architecture using UML as the modeling language and RUP as theprocess framework. We make researches on how to make component-baseddevelopment in the domain without enough reuse asserts and enough domainknowledge such as cadre evaluation domain, and we present a process model and anapproach to extract domain component, which combine the fast prototype method anddomain analysis method. The cadre evaluation system is realized through this approach.Lastly, the details of realization of the components are discussed and some GUI of thesystem is also introduced in the paper.
