With the continuous development of enterprises,higher requirement was raised on overall quality and performance of enterprise cadres.The comprehensive assessment system of enterprise cadres is an important measurement to evaluate the quality of leadership and the performance ability.The comprehensive examination and evaluation method,including the combination of multi-dimensional evaluation and performance evaluation results,as well as qualitative and quantitative methods,is adopted to actualize the comprehensive evaluation of leader's performance.The key point to accomplish the comprehensive evaluation work is to statistically analyze the multidimensional evaluation results.The disadvantage of traditional manual statistical analysis method is slow statistical speed,low efficiency and high error rate.Thanks to years' dedication of evaluation and management work on enterprise cadre,the author set up the cadre assessment system based on OMR statistics after full market research and two years' development and practice to settle the above disadvantages.The accurately analytical evaluation result on leaders can provide powerful support for clarifying cadres' performance result,summarizing cadres' team building and rewards& punishment,as well as cadres' selection and appointment.The advantage of this system is simplicity in structure and accuracy in testing results.Optical mark reader,high-speed scanners and filling collection methods are adopted as input measurement.Variety of statistical methods and custom statistic are adopted as base elements.Combined with evaluation procedure on leader,the multidimensional assessment is emphasized.According to the actual requirements of cadres' duty performance,the evaluation contents,index,weight and proportion,and weight-value can be automatically defined.Therefore,highly efficient evaluation mechanism can be formed.Highly accurate assessment results can be got.Efficiency of evaluation work can be improved.Both manpower and material resources can be saved.After the evaluation procedure on cadres' comprehensive performance is fully analyzed in the design on this system,the image recognition technology is adopted as the data collection method.Optimized and high-efficient data statistic calculationmethod is adopted to improve the statistic speed and accuracy rate of evaluated data.In addition,the flexible and convenient table customization function is provided in this system.
