Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Management System Of Liaohe Oil-field

Because of well known history reasons, the management system of Liaohe oil-field real estate is always staying at lower level, and moreover, the rigid management rules result in slow development and low management efficiency in Liaohe oil-field real estate enterprises, which make it more difficult to manage the real estates in Liaohe oil-field. At present, with the development of information technology, the Liaohe real estate management requires high level information technology to realize management modernization.Having found and analyzed the problems mentioned above and the current development situation of network technology and by analyzing the deficiencies of the traditional MIS of Liaohe Oilfield, a new management pattern of the enterprises in the future is proposed and the system will be designed in modules based on Web technologies. The paper elaborates the source and the background of the subject, and the domestic and overseas development of MIS firstly. By analyzing the structure of the J2EE, and in research to the UML and WebGIS (Web based Geographical Information System), it provides technical supports for researches on the subject. And then, after some investigation works on the current situation, the work characteristics and the problems of the informationization in Liaohe oil-field, the principle of information system planning, the basic thought of the system design and the partition of the function module of the system are proposed. We have carried out the total system analysis, and create the function module, object module and dynamic analysis with the UML method. By combining the J2EE technology and the database technology, the main function module of the system has been designed with a UML modeling tool. At last, on the basis of system analysis and system design, by combining the relative technology of WebGIS and development method, it proceeds to expatiate and analyze the realization of the system. The security of the network information technology is also discussed and a multi-level security defense mechanism is put forward to protect database security.This system improves the management condition of Liaohe Oilfield real estate basically and greatly enhances its working efficiency and realizes the simplification and standardization of the house management. At the same time, it can be used for reference by other similar enterprises for the design and realization of their management information system.
