Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Management Information System

The problem discussed in this paper comes from real estate management department in university. As the range of real estate management Business concerned with university becomes wider, the needs for information becomes larger, content is complicated, and datas from management work are needed statistical analysed and predicted with various types. Statistical manual of traditional stand-alone program, or kinds of information input to achieve, query, maintenance has affected the efficiency and accuracy of the staff in their daily work, it is inconvenience for the uses to query and registration and it hindered the further development of information construction.This paper analyzed some existing property management system, it based on the J2EE development environment and it used B/S architecture as model, designed and implemented real estate property management system which including housing news, bulletin boards, message boards, online user information management, changing information, housing change, inquiry and other functions.With the deploying of Real estate examination management registration system, the effient of Real estate is improved, reduce the staff's workload, and bring convenience of candidates.
