The Production Management Of TV Variety Shows

The purpose of this paper is to realize the present situation of Chinese TV variety shows, point out what are the existing problems of Chinese television variety show, and according to the results of the survey put forward a proposal about how to manage a television variety show production project. Specifically, this paper is divided into five sections.The first section through the background research of current television variety show, this paper put forward problems, and sum up the significance of writing.The second section through the research about the beginning of a variety show, the development history, propagation characteristics, the attributes of television variety show, and the creation principle, thus to study the management methods of television variety show’s production and management.The third section through the analysis about some examples of producer and director, discuss management methods.The fourth section discusses the research about camera shooting, lighting and other technical work’s skills, for the reason that the person in charge need to know about each type of work’s skills.The fifth section research the whole operation process of television variety show production projects.The sixth section of the paper is about financial management. A television variety show team manager should make the project get profit. The financial management is very important part. The sixth section we will research it.Through this study, we hope to achieve a effect which can help the person in charge to manage the project better, make some television shows which is popular, professional and high taste.
