The author is responsible for the planning and implementation of CRM management system project of HSBC Fund Management Company.According to the characteristics of fund management firms, covering and the realization of the five major CRM system scopes, including customer management, sales management, transaction management, business management and service management.The entire project is involved in all areas of CRM theory, but also embodies many key points of software engineering theory, is the practice of software engineering after learning a very valuable. Author from the point of view of software engineering, the whole process of the project from the project initialization to post implementation review, in various stages of selection process has the typical significance to focus on:the project background, the start-up phase of the project needs analysis(including analysis, business requirement analysis and system function), system project design phase of the macro design and detail design (including system architecture design, database design and system function module and the interface design), system project implementation phase of the test and release; at the same time has been typical in the HSBC fund management company in CRM system development platform and technology is also introduced.HSBC Fund Management Company to implement CRM is to maximize the improvement, improve the customer relationship life cycle performance. At the same time the system integration of customers, company, employees and other resources, the resources effectively, a structured distribution and reorganization, convenient in the customer relationship life cycle to understand, use of the resources and knowledge; simplify, optimize the business process, make the company and employees in the sales, service, marketing activities, can focus to improve customer relationships, improve the performance of the important aspects and core business, improve the rapid response to customer and staff feedback ability; it also brings convenience to the customer, the customer can according to fund products, scheme needs quickly get personalized service.
