This thesis presents design and implementation of TIANHUI Company's textile products marketing management system which development goal is to support the timeliness and accuracy in the company's business and to provide the managers with commonly used marketing decision analysis capability based on company-wide information.This thesis presents the following major works around the above goals. It at fist analyzes the business requirements where the functions of marketing basic information management, marketing operation management and decision-making support aids with use case models. On the second it determines the system development principles which applies the matured and reliable architecture and techniques as well as the widely used distributed software platform and database techniques in the design aspect. On the third the system is designed and programmed in accordance with the above principles. TIANHUI Company's textile products marketing management system uses the hierarchical architecture in which the layers are organized top-down as that of marketing decision-making analysis, marketing operation information management, basic information management and database platform. Each layer is composed of a group of transaction processing and data analysis modules. At the marketing analysis layer there are three relatively independent software modules to carry on global product ordering information analysis, sales situation analysis and product pricing decision analysis aid functions.TIANHUI Company's textile products marketing management system is programmed with C# and uses SQL Server as its database platform and the system is deployed and running in the environment of Windows platforms. This software is running as a distributed multiple users system on the enterprise internal local area network which communicates with the external sales branch company by means of virtual private network techniques to exchange information stream. It has finished with its tests and satisfies TIANHUI company's marketing business management requirements in practices, reaching the expected objectives.
