The Design And Implementation Of Customer Relationship Management System Based On Salesforce

Now, with the increasing competition in the field of Internet Advertising, many companies realize the importance of the customer relationship. How to grasp customers ’dynamic information in depth, how to meet customers’ needs, and how to maintain a steady customer markets become the most important issues that bother them. How to provide customers with better products and more reasonable price is an urgent problem. In addition, many companies are facing the situation that little opportunities make sense, so, how to enhance the management of the sales process to create more profit is pursued by many companies. Alse, the use of paper contracts and the offline approval make employee inefficient, and this needs to be optimized.Based on this background, this paper provides a customer relationship management system, which consists of account management module, product management module, opportunity management module and contract management module. This system provides the management of the entire sales process, including discovering an account, and then coming out an opportunity, finally signing an contract, which in the end, can save labor costs, optimize business processes, and make the company more efficient.Combined with the specific needs, customer relationship management system is designed with the MVC pattern, and completed on the Force.com development platform, with the Apex language and Visualforce page provided by Salesforce. In addition, to integrate with other systems developed with different languages,or on different platform, we use Webservice technology, to realize the data transfer between different systems.
