In mechanical drive system, the torque, speed measurement and analysis are important means to improve the efficiency of the system which is to ensure the normal operation of a variety of production and auxiliary equipment and to save energy. Testing parameters of rotating parts, we can draw the rotation strength the strength check to make machines work safely. Therefore, in practical engineering, test of the dynamic parameters of the rotating parts becomes the people’s attention and research focus.This article tests about rotation axis dynamic torque, speed parameters to research, and designs a test system based on wireless transmission technology, mainly in the following aspects:First it introduced the basic principle of the rotating shaft torque test and wireless data transmission technology development, research status and wireless communications, and it provided system solutions combining with the characteristics of the rotation axis dynamic parameter test dynamic torque wireless test. It described the dynamic parameters of the rotating parts wireless test system components, based on the measured object and testing requirements analysis, designed details of the test system, and described the working process of the system, the characteristics of the important parts wireless transmission module nRF24L01, including the transmission and reception mode.Second, the test system hardware circuit design, wireless test system is divided into transmitting part and the receiving part, the selection of microcontroller as a control device to send and receive part of the core, respectively, of two parts; prepared microcontroller program, control nRF24L01sending and receiving data, a detailed description of the microcontroller nRF24L01of configuration, the communication process and send and receive part of the data read process.
