Image transmission has been widely used in various fields, compared with the traditional wire transmission, image wireless transmission removes the trouble of wiring, it is convenient for installation and easy to add monitoring node.At present, most of the image research focus on the speed, related algorithm and the power of the image acquisition system, the display and storage of the image mostly depend on PC.The system of dissertation is divorced from PC,and focuses on the construction of the image wireless transmission system,a low cost image wireless transmission system based on C8051F340 MCU is designed and implemented.The image wireless transmission system integrates the function of image collection, mass storage, wireless transmission and display, it can record the image information of monitoring spots,send the image to the receiver through wireless module, and display the image on LCD,or store the image into the SD card for the later analysis. The system is divided into three modules to design, firstly the dissertation finishes the design of image acquisition module,it uses AL422B as the frame memory,solves the speed matching problem between the high speed image data flow form OV7670 image sensor and the read speed of C8051F340 MCU,the image acquisition experiment is performed. Secondly the dissertation uses nRF24L01 wireless module as the image wireless transmission channel, designs the communication program for the system, and in laboratory conditions, the wireless module is tested for the correctness and completeness of received data; Finally, the system uses the SD card as the image memory, the write operation function of SD card which uses assembler language is programmed, the storage speed is tested. Based on the modules of the above, the principle prototype of image wireless transmission system is designed and produced, the dissertation tests the overall performance of the principle prototype, the transmission rate and distance are tested.
