With the improvement of the strain torque measurement technology, various of untouched strain torque measurement appears. Traditional strain torque measurement technology can't fill the exigent need of the inspecting of steel rolling equipment's working condition. For these reasons, the alteration of strain torque measurement become very important for improving the rolling efficiency. Based on lots of reference materials and research on domestic and foreign research status, we design a sort of torque sensors based on digital technology.Firstly, we analyze the national and international research status. After analyze the steel rollings, we give the design model. In order to reduce error and increase measurement precision, we use AC Strain Bridge, phasic detector, locking-phasic amplifier and sensor chip for compensation. We also use intelligentized chip to realize AD sampling, intelligent analyze and data sending control. We arrange data for special way to improve system's ability of anti-jamming. We use semiduplex sending-receiving incorporating RF electrocircuit and FSK modulating in data sending-receiving system. In order to solve the problem of wireless energy supply in rotation circumstance, a set of high frequency wireless inductive power supply is designed, and the function of wireless energy supply is realized. At last, a data acquisition system is programmed by using Delphi in order to display and analyze data. After setting up a simulating steel model based on feedback control, we evaluating the capabilities of the designed torque senor, perhaps it will be lead into the product market in the future.
