Nanohandling technology is an important content of nano technology, the purpose of which is realizing moving, ritting, shaping and assembly on nano scale materials. Atomic force microscope is one kind of surface analysis instrument based on physics, and involves a variety of modern technology. It is the main tool of nano science and technology research with the world’s highest resolution.In this thesis, based on the laboratory homemade atomic force microscope, wireless communication technology applied to the atomic force microscope nano manipulation is proposed. So, this thesis focuses on designing a reliable, stable wireless communication system for the atomic force microscope nano operating system. According to the requirements and goals of the system, TMS320F2812and ADS8556for data acquisition main controller and ADC are adopted, the design of the peripheral circuit and the interface circuit between controller and the wireless module is completed. At the same time, the program of data acquisition and wireless communication parts of the software is designed too. Finally, according to the experimental data, analyzed the interference problems of wireless communication are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are given.
