The big distance unidirectional distribution system have the characteristics of more number ofcores,small diameter and small distance between the adjacent hole.At present,it is difficult to achieverapid measurement with exist measurement of the coaxial tolerance,and can’t guarantee highmeasuring accuracy at the same time.According to these characteristics of big distance unidirectionaldistribution system.This paper designs a three-jaw self-centering measurement system.It designs athree-jaw self-centering probe,it is easy to achieve the measurement of coaxiality and diameter.Thephotoelectric position sensor of PSD in the front of the probe receives laser,it can achieve themeasurement of coaxiality through a series of transformations.It can achieve the measurement ofdiameter through demarcating the standard ring and the pulses of the DC servo motor’s encoder.Including the position sensor of PSD,the biaxial inclination angle of gradienter sensor and DCservo motor in the probe,it results more cores at the end of the probe,the cable are thick and hard.Ithas great impact on measuring stability during the measurement,it gives high requirements of theoperators. Therefor, it is necessary to improve the system.This paper presents a method to reduce thenumber of cores and improve the accuracy and operation about the measurement.This paper designs a system to control DC servo motor through wireless based on DSP andnRF24L01.The motor driver’s part uses the form of driver chips+MOS tube.A long trip of wirelessDC servo motor driver inside the probe is designed,the signal of DC servo motor transports throughwireless.The DC servo motor uses the current control mode.When the three-jaw is in touch with thehole closely, the current of the motor rises to a predetermined value,the motor stops. The three-jawcan extend and retake smoothly,the motor of the probe runs smoothly and reliably.The experimentsshow that the system meet the measurement requirements.
