Torque is one of important parameters to be measured in the processes manufacturing and using vehicle. Measurement of torque is useful in a diverse range of industrial fields, for it is one of most fundamental physical quantities for analyzing rotating drive mechanisms and obtaining a better understand of their operating condition. If instantaneous torque could be exact measured, monitored and controlled, manufacture benefit would be dramatically improved, accident would be dramatically reduced.A set of real time torque measurement system based on the VI is designed and developed in this paper. On the basis of theory analysis, we researched the multi-channel photoelectric torque sensor with the photoemission principle by measuring torque using the phase difference. The paper make a thorough discuss and study on design hardware and software of data acquisition system. The software of the system is written by graphical programming language LabVIEW, and it has the functions of data acquiring, dynamic displaying, signal analyzing, memory data and so on. Real time acquiring and controlling of the signal has been implemented by DataSocket. In the paper, a torque loading device is analyzed and researched. It can inflict approximate sine wave or pulse wave to static or rotational axes. The torque loading device can be regarded for dynamic calibration system of sensors. And it's design principle, configuration, calibration means has been introduced. An experiment testing is conducted to demonstrate VI system functions. The result shows test system's higher performance.
