Carrier rocket is one of the main vehicles used for launch satellite, space shuttle and deepspace detection nowadays, Liquid rocket will be the main launch vehicle in the future. Liquidfuel tank is one of the core of the liquid rocket, so it’s important to rockets storage to masterthe changes of cryogenic field of the filling and spilled cryogenic rocket fuel tank during itslaunch. So the study of rocket fuel storage in the cryogenic field has a very important practicalsignificance. This thesis is a part of the pilot project of a certain rocket tank. It mainlydeveloped for integrated temperature detection system used for the collection of real-timetemperature data in low temperature field and remote monitoring of the change.Firstly, the thesis studies the research status and the development trend of the detectionsystem at home and abroad, analyzes the part of the detection system and the measurementrequirements of the respective signals, solves the shortage of the current detection system,identifies the temperature detection system constituted of thermal resistance sensor, dataacquisition based on PXI bus and Ethernet remote monitoring terminal.Secondly, the thesis combines the characteristics of the various parts of the system andproposes a temperature detection system with high data transfer rate, high reliability, highdegree of modularity and good maintainability. The thesis has a detailed introduction to theprocess of the realization of the whole system in both hardware and software.The temperature detection system is realized by the PT100platinum resistance sensor andthe constant current source temperature measuring transducer. The data Capture terminal ofsystem developed multi-channel data acquisition card on the PXI bus platform, the acquisitioncard’s hardware using the PCI9054as the PXI bus’s interface device to achieve thecommunication function circuit, it uses the logic devices Spartan-II series XC2S100as thecontrol core of data acquisition card and the function of it is to control the digital-to-analogconversion and channel gating module,and this mode of acquisition card increases thestability and maintainability of the system; On software, the paper mainly elaborates the state machine controlled by the PXI bus local timing in the FPGA internal logic and thedevelopment process of the data acquisition card’s drive program in the operating system.Monitor terminal uses the Ethernet industrial technology for data transmission and remotemonitoring and data processing and analysis. This mature technology can simplify monitoringequipment, while also improves the stability of the system.Finally, I do the field-proven test with the whole remote test system,it is shows thatthermal resistance sensor and the data acquisition terminal based on PXI bus and the ethernetmonitoring client all have the good test results and it can also better meet the testrequirements of specific environment of low temperature.
