With the fast development of control technique, computer network and communication technology, field bus control system nowadays becomes a hot issue in the research field of enterprises informational intergration through the intergration of industrial ethernet technology and enterprise information network.Firstly, this project analyzes CSMA/CD communication mechanism in MAC layer which Modbus/TCP industrial Ethernet obeys and works out Ethernet communication time-delay solution based upon technology available. Meanwhile, this project proposes the improved BEB algorithm and figures out the simulation results of two important parameters average time-delay and network throughput of the network through Matlab software. Secondly, this project designs the two-layer network on the basis of Modbus/TCP protocol industrial Ethernet communication by analyzing the composition of Modbus/TCP protocol and making use of socket and multithread technology, which realizes the acquisition, processing and the communication of data in the industrial field. It works out the flow charts of client / server pattern by analyzing the characteristics of its communication pattern and it realizes its main program by making use of WINSOCK software.At last, this project designs the temperature acquisition models, which is applicable to the industrial field. The extended multi-power electric circuit graph and A/D transformation electric circuit, non-linear check circuit and network interface circuit also come into realization. At the same time, it adopts Newton iterative method to realize the software implementation fashion of the compensation of cold end of electric thermo-couple. Moreover, it carries out the design of the temperature acquisition models and computerized communicator software by compiling and running VB 6.0 program.Seen from the result of the experimental test, this control system basing on industrial Ethernet is rational on design principles and the hardware and software implied are capable of ensuring the function of the control system.
