With the development of the economy, the advancement of our society, and the improvement of the automation production management, especially the growing popularity of the industrial ethernet, the existing coal mines safety monitoring system has exposed its insufficiencies in technical. The existing monitoring equipment can not satisfy the demand of modernized coal mine production now. We need to set up a technological advanced coal mine communication ethernet, for monitoring the mine’s equipment and on-site environmental parameters, also information management system requires Comply with mine safety, satisfy the coal mine requirements, Flexible configuration and Stable performance.This thesis originates from the project "Data-based control, scheduling and fault diagnosis and its application in the informational transformation of the coal mine". The purpose of this project is developing a low-cost, high performance, easy and flexible configuration solutions based on Industrial Ethernet.The monitoring system is designed according to the "General technical requirements of coal mine safety supervision". After analysis trends and characteristics of domestic and international monitoring technology, we establish "PC+lower machine" model in our system.The main contents of the work are listed as below.The development of domestic and international monitoring technology is analyzed. System is established by "PC+lower machine" model which absorbing the advantages of domestic and foreign monitoring system.A distributed data acquisition system is developed under the direction of low-cost, high performance, easy and flexible configuration.Power module design two circuits system, one for the PSE and the other for the PD are designed by PoE technology, followed by their working ideology and principle.Wind speed sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, methane sensors, display module, remote moduleSoftware module achieves μC/OS-II and ZLG IP system migration. It is particularly studied that system communication protocol about Wind speed sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, methane sensors, display module and remote module, resulting the coding and drawing flowchart. An experiment was held to test the coal mine data acquisition system base on industrial ethernet, which could achieve real-time sensor data acquisition and sent data to the computer through industrial Ethernet. Compared to traditional monitoring systems, our system has made significant improvement, such as transmission speed, system capacity and robustness, etc. It is possible that system has a flexible topology and rich expansion interface for future large-scale ethernet monitoring system.In the article, there are53illustrations,9tables, and30references.
