The development of information technology realize the great revolution in industrial field, and form the distributed network control system working in industrial site. As the most popular method of communication in office application, Ethernet is paid more and more attention on, especially in use of industrial data acquisition. In this dissertation, we introduce several implementations of popular industrial Ethernet technology including I.Ethernet plus TCP 2.MAC modification 3.software in middle layer.This dissertation basically discuss the 1 and 3 mentioned above. In former implementation, we research in the high-speed transmission technology in order to upgrade the realtime response of industrial data acquisition systems. Firstly, the reasonable design of timers and DMA in base layer helps upgrade the effecience of data acquisition. Secondly, the thought of FAST TCP which aims to optimize the congestion control of TCP/IP stack also helps upgrade the efficiency. In the implementation of software in middle layer, we introduce a new method for Ethernet realtime Scheduling based on the thought of EPA, with the time synchronization protocol, which can implement the real-time and reliability of industrial Ethernet system.In last section, we describe a integrate embedded industrial data acquisition system which contain the technologies mentioned in former sections for validating the performance.
