The rapid development of the information society demands more on today’s enterprise management, and enterprise resource management (ERP) constitutes the core content of the modern enterprise informatization, and logistics in the enterprise competition play more and more important role. As a logistics network node, the warehousing logistics park which is supplied chain industry and regional economic development is one of the key factors. As goods increased storage, loading and unloading frequency’s rapid growth, how to effectively manage warehouse logistics park, and make warehouse operations standardization used the software of the system, are needed to be resolved in front of the enterprise problems.As the background of Wuhan international steel logistics service center storage management information construction, through the in-depth research, and aimed at this park information management status, characteristics and demands, the paper designs the warehouse management system development project.\" After the system of technical problems involved in research, the project completes the warehouse management of system analysis and design and realization, and changes the manual, artificial management on way behind, and speeds up the construction of informatization in the management of the operation.The paper makes use of the inventory management theory and enterprise resource planning theory to analy the warehouse management system, and introduces the warehouse management theory of the formation and development based on the development FeWMS warehouse management module.,with the downward structured analysis method in the development process with the team, detailedly introduces the Wuhan international steel logistics service center inventory management system implementation, including warehouse management system analysis, database design, system function design, etc. To FeWMS for database platform, using asp.net and SQL Server2005combined with the development of an system management, basic data, basic business, inquiry, inventory management and control, data analysis and prediction and statistical reports of storage management system module to achieve the desired function. This paper discusses the characteristics of the system, limitations and future prospects.Comparing with the FeWMS storage management system in this topic and the traditional WMS compare, the Innovations of the main place are using automation strategy and intelligent decision technology; logistics unite technology and real-time logistics technology. Using this module can reasonably determine the optimal capacity and reduce product inventory cost.
