Supply chain management and security are related to national economy and people's livelihood.The level of a country's supply chain determines its resource allocation ability,coordination ability and service support ability globally.Especially in major emergencies,such as the co VID-19 outbreak at the end of 2019,the medical device supply chain highlights its importance in national security strategy.Among them,the guarantee of medical device logistics service supply chain is in the most important position.The characteristic of medical device logistics service supply chain is that it requires high coordination ability,service quality and efficiency of logistics service providers.For example,during the epidemic,the safety and timeliness of the transport of ventilators,masks and other medical equipment and materials is of vital importance,and the consequence of the delay of orders is crucial to life and the prevention and control of the whole epidemic.Therefore,logistics service is the key to optimize the supply chain of medical devices.Block-chain technology will lead to another technological revolution after steam engine,electricity and Internet technology,which has attracted great attention from countries all over the world.China pays close attention to the development of block-chain technology.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan for National Informatization,it is clearly proposed to strengthen the innovation,testing and application of new technologies such as block chain in multiple fields including supply chain management.Intelligent contracts in the context of block-chain,with the advantages of block-chain technology security and transparency,have the characteristics of decentralization,information sharing and non-tampering,and can be automatically verified and executed.It improves the execution efficiency of the contract between supply chain entities and reduces the operation cost and risk of the contract.It provides efficient and reliable technical support for multiple business partners and business cooperation.In this thesis,under the background of block chain,the supply chain scheduling problem is considered,and the medical device logistics service supply chain intelligent contract model is established.Through the implementation of the intelligent contract model running on the block-chain platform,the "logistics service alliance" composed of suppliers who can provide special logistics services on the block-chain can be selected,and the scheduling of special logistics service providers in the alliance can be completed according to the logistics tasks.Through the model,the completion time and service start time of each specific logistics service provider can be calculated,and the time information can be stored in the block chain.By uploading the actual start and finish operation time information to the block-chain by logistics service providers,and comparing with the pre-stored historical information in the block-chain,it can judge whether the order is carried out as scheduled in the scheduling scheme,so as to supervise the enterprises to fulfill their service responsibilities according to the facts.The intelligent contract model under the block chain background adds order priority setting according to the actual situation,designs different priority for different orders,and realizes joint scheduling for multiple orders.In this thesis,ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model.The basic idea is to ask ants to schedule according to the corresponding service level information provided by enterprises,and to select the optimal feasible path for each order by using the positive feedback characteristic of ant colony algorithm.At the end of this thesis,based on the actual situation of Logistics service supply chain operation of M Company and relevant data of M company,the intelligent contract model of medical device logistics service supply chain designed in this thesis is applied to complete the selection and scheduling of logistics service suppliers of M Company under the background of block chain.Figure 9,Table 9,References 66.
