With the development of the automobile industry and the rising share of the logistics outsourcing, the automobile industry asked for higher requirements on the logistics services. The automobile industry was no longer just concerned about the basic content of logistics services in punctuality or integrity, but also more attention to the profession, integration, coordination, process monitoring and so on. The collaborative model of logistics service value chain also will be developed from from the point chain collaboration model centred on manufacturing enterprises and the line chain collaboration model centred on logistics enterprises to the chain-wide collaborative mode. The chain-wide collaborative mode of logistics service value chain must have a logistic cloud service platform to support, so as to enable enterprises to have a collaborative conditions and power, and make enterprises to obtain faster market responsiveness and greater market competitiveness. But the construction of logistics service platform requires the collaborative technology of value chain to support the platform and business collaboration. So, research on collaborative techniques for automobile logistics service value chain based on cloud platform has great significance for the coordination of automobile logistics service value chain.Based on the National 863 project’research and development of collaborative services platform’and the national science & technology pillar program’research on the whole supply chain coordination and the third party logistics service technology’, took automobile manufacturing enterprises and logistics service enterprises as the research subject, the logistics service value chain collaboration model based on logistics cloud services platform was discussed, a overall solution for the coordination of automobile logistics service value chain was proposed, the technology of cooperative organization, collaborative strategy and cooperative rule based on logistics cloud services platform were researched. The dissertation specifically included the following points:(1) The collaborative mode and overall solution of automotive logistics service value chain based on cloud platform.The connotation of logistics service, the contents of China’s automobile logistics service, the development of China’s automobile logistics service mode, and the concept, features and classification of automobile logistics service value chain was introduced. By analyzed the cooperation mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises, the cooperation mode of small and medium logistics service enterprises, the cooperative mode and cooperative effect of the automobile logistics value chain based on Logistic cloud service platform was researched, a overall solution for the coordination of automobile logistics service value chain was proposed, the competition mechanism of cooperative organization, cooperation mechanism of collaborative strategy, cooperation mechanism of cooperative rules was designed.(2) The collaborative organization of automobile logistics service value chain based on cloud platform.By analyzed the collaborative organization of automobile logistics service value chain based on cloud platform, the collaborative organized preferred model which around ’established index system, data processed, determined index weight calculation, comprehensive evaluation, performance prediction’was established, Logistics enterprises evaluation model by TOPSIS and short-term logistics service performance prediction method were researched. The logistics enterprises evaluation model used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, obtained the objective weight of index by fuzzy rough set, defined the subjective weight of index by expert scoring method, then integrated the subjective and objective weights, used the comprehensive weights in TOPSIS to evaluation. The short-term logistics service performance prediction method was based on the comprehensive assessment results and historical task volume, used the time sequence forecast method based on weighted moving average technology, provided effective reference for enterprises to build the collaborative organization.(3) The collaborative strategy of the automobile logistics service value chain based on cloud platform.The automobile logistics service value chain collaborative transport strategy and collaborative loading and unloading strategy based on cloud platform was researched. The collaborative service resource integration model was build for the collaborative transport strategy, integrated logistics service resources by logistics cloud services platform, based on automobile parts logistics constraints, the logistics collaborative transportation strategy model driven by distribution profit was build, so as to promoted the value chain of logistics service and the win-win of the enterprises. The collaborative loading and unloading strategy with multi types of goods, multi unloading points and multi car carriers was researched. The multi-unloading van packing problem model was established, to solve the optimal collaborative loading and unloading strategy by single pheromone ant colony algorithm and multi pheromone ant colony algorithm. A reasonable collaborative loading and unloading strategy could make logistics service enterprises to save transportation vehicles and services cost.(4) The collaborative rules of the automobile logistics service value chain based on cloud platform.The cooperative benefit allocation rule model of the automobile logistics service value chain based on cloud platform was established. The cooperative profit distribution model for logistics service providers and demanders was researched. Four factors affecting logistics cooperative profit distribution were defined in the cooperative profit distribution model for logistics service demanders, the profit distribution model with an improved correction factor Shapley value was established.In the process of cooperative profit distribute for logistics service providers, the collaborative logistics profit distribution model based on agent was established, obtained the satisfactory results for all parties to ensure the smooth and continuous development of logistics cooperation.(5) The development and implement of cloud service platform for automobile logistics services value chain collaboration.The logistics cloud service platform for vehicle logistics business based on business requirements of the transport vehicle logistics was developed. According to the actual needs of enterprises, we used logistic service enterprises evaluation method, logistics vehicle collaborative transportation method and profit distribution method in different logistics cloud platform services businesses. According to the requirements of data integration on cloud platform, a configurable data integration scheme was designed, the data integration system adapter was developed and applied in the cloud platform. According to the personalized tracking requirements of logistics enterprises, two kinds of positioning scheme: Intelligent mobile terminal and base station were researched, the logistics tracking system based on two positioning scheme was developed. At last, the logistics cloud service platform’s extension and application in enterprises was introduced.
