With the rapid development of global economic globalization and the progress of modern science and technology,the logistics industry,as an important part of the national economy,is rapidly developing on a global scale.China has more than 500,000 line logistics companies.The traditional line logistics is not only responsible for trunk transport,but also responsible for picking,delivery,which will waste lots of energy,as well as cost.The author believes that the market of centralized picking,centralized delivery will quickly develop,thus Distribution Center will play an important role.Line Logistics and Distribution Center are closely related,but lack of fast and efficient information communication channels.In order to solve this problem,the establishment of Logistics Information Platform for Line Logistics and Distribution Center is very important.This paper first introduces the general situation of the development of China's logistics industry,expounds the main structure of LTL freight supply chain,and analyzes the importance of logistics informatization to enhance logistics efficiency.Through the research and data analysis,this paper focuses on the main role of the LTL,the Line Logistics.And analyze the main characteristics,the advantages and the development trend of the Line Logistics.Further research and analyze the information construction of Line Logistics.Discuss the current main line logistics software function modules,information flow and management characteristics.In view of the operation status of LTL freight supply chain,this paper argues that the Traditional Terminal Distribution should make transition to Distribution Center.This paper analyzes the management orientation;business process and information flow of the Distribution Center,and puts forward the frame structure of the software construction scheme of the Distribution Center and clarifies the cooperation between the LTL and other member enterprises in the LTL freight supply chain.On this basis,this paper puts forward the construction plan of information platform for LTL freight supply chain.The main function module of the information platform is analyzed,and the overall construction scheme is proposed.Focusing on the platform of the interface module put forward the construction standards,key technologies and development programs.Finally,the paper takes Huaqing Logistics Information Platform for example,discusses the possibility of playing the role of information platform in LTL freight supply chain,and provides the improvement scheme and implementation mechanism.
