Optical fiber access is the best way to solve the bottleneck of broadband access in the presentstate. The telecommunication operators have put forward their own construction schemes, but theseschemes tend to have certain limitations owing to their own special requirements. As theproliferation of the Broadband China Construction, there is an urgent need to find a morecomprehensive, more integrated solution for the network construction. This paper mainly focuses on the comparative analysis of different bandwidth rates andinvestment costs, through reading, data collecting and communicating with the workers in theplanning and designing, production and sales, and other departments of national enterprises.According to the development of our country, this paper proposes a new construction scheme whichis capable to meet the bandwidth demand of domestic users under various applicationcircumstances. In this paper, the solution includes the urban part and the rural part. In the urban environment,it can be further divided into the civilian solution and the commercial solution. For the difficulty ofFTTH network transformation in the old urban district, this paper proposes the new vectoringtechnique, which can achieve copper cable Fast Rate Access. While improving the networkbandwidth, this technology not only extends the copper cable life, but also reduces the engineeringdifficulty of the project. As city tunnel network resources become increasingly scarce, this paperalso introduces the use of a new textile sub-pipe in the new scheme, which can effectively improvethe resource utilization of the existing pipeline. In order to improve the economic efficiency of rural broadband construction projects, thispaper proposes a program that equipments, which are replaced during the transformation of the city, can be used in the countryside. Combined with the new vectoring technique, this program canreduce the project investment costs.
