As electric power special cables are widely used in electric power dedicated communication network construction, electric power optical fiber loss, an important indicator of power optical fiber performance, affects the safety of electric power production, the reliability of communication transmission, the rapidity and accuracy of information transmission.In this paper, the structure characteristics and the using environment of several kinds of common electric power special optical cable are analyzed. Combining the transmission theory of electric power optical fiber, the optical fiber transmission principle and loss characteristics of optical fiber composite low voltage cables are analyzed.In this paper, test systems are built based on different test methods, and according to the results of theoretical analysis practical tests are performed. In the different indicators, calculation and analysis of continuous bending loss and absorption, scattering loss of power optical effects, especially in the power flow and information flow and influence on optical fiber transmission power index.Fine tuning the location structure of electric power optical fiber in the optical cable makes the optical fiber transmission to achieve optimal performance. Optimization of optical fiber fusion process, reduce the loss of the optical fiber. |
