The Design And Research Of School Human Resources Management System

At present many higher vocational schools manage human resource in traditional way, which always are inefficient and lack of information. Network-based human resources management system is one way to solve these problems.This article is based on human resource management system of Lianyungang Higher Vocational Technical College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, introduces the process of exploiting the system which has feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, architecture design, outline design, detailed design, system implementation, system testing and so on. It builds an effective human resource management platform that can make the daily management in school more orderly.Firstly, we analyze the project background and related subjects research situation in the world. Secondly, we research the relevant departments in the school adequately, know users’needs clearly. Then we design the function modules of the system, the process of operation and the back-end database. The article applies Spring-Struts-Hibernate Framework Integration Technology in human resources management and builds a stable system structure which makes exploiting of the system more effective. And the structure also enables the coupling among all layers of this system lower and enhances the reusability, expansibility and maintenance. Finally, the article analyzes the software testing methods, and makes a special test plan for human resources management system in school. After comprehensive test and certification, the system has been proved to achieve the desired result in functionality and performance, complete the project design goals.
