| Since the conveyer belt is the principal conveyances of the altogether coal in the bottom of a well, to prolong the life of the belt and other parts of the conveyer belt is quite important to ensure the yield safety. CST is a late-model mechanical and electrical integration soft-startup system not only with an electricity-liquid feedback control and a gear speed reducer but also a linear, wet clutch at the port of the low speed axis. And it is the unique driver that can ensure to provide a controllable shutting down when meeting an emergency shutting down or a sudden power cut. It is much too significative to apply the controllable startup technology to the conveyer belt.The conveyer belt adopts the CST step driver control, and the realization of the soft-startup and power balance depends on the proportional valve and control system.After a detailed analysis of the CST's running theory, a PLC monitor system whose kernel model is SLC500 is designed. The PID language of this SLC500 system realizes the CST step driver control, and the PID control's parameter is optimized by its self-modifying software RSTune. This system displays the monitor parameters and operations by the touched screen, and the communications between the touched screen and the SLC500 model depend on the DH+ network. The monitor system's control software and display software are compiled by RSLogix 500 and PanelBuilder 32. Practice has proved that the conveyer belt adopting the CST step driver control can meet the yield technology demands very well. Since this system is able to run reliably, it can ensure stable yield and run without accident. |
