In this paper,we take the1000MW ultra-supercritical unit of Jianbi power plant as the research subject,studying and analyzing the feedwater control strategy of the ultra-supercritical unit mainly from three aspects:the design of the feedwater control system, the configuration of DCS and field debugging of the control system.Through the research of advanced control strategy of similar units both domestic and oversea, combining with the practical characteristics of the unit of Jianbi, the coal-water control strategy based on dynamic correction of enthalpy of the intermediate point is chosen. In view of the strong coupling of ultra-supercritical units, the decoupling of feedwater flow with spray water of Superheater as well as main fuel system is also considered during the designing of the control scheme. Then a complete feedwater control system is designed utilizing EDPF NT PLUS engineering configuration software deveoped by Beijing Guodian Zhishen Control Technology Co.,Ltd. The field debugging of feedwater control system can be divided into three stages:unit starting, wet-dry state transfer and high load operation. In this three stages, feedwater control system runs well, and meets the unit operation requirements. In the end,the paper puts forward some improvements with the current control strategy and verifies the improved control strategy through simulation, the improved control strategy has obtained better control effect.1000MW ultra-supercritical unit of Jianbi has been put into commercial operation at present, and the feedwater control system runs well in the actual application, ensuring the unit’s safety, stability and economic operation.Through the research and analysis of feedwater control system of Jianbi power station, this paper can provides some reference to the feedwater control system’s design and debugging of similar units.
