As the rapid development of the power industry, the ultra-supercritical unit hasgradually become the main type of the thermal power system in China. In recent years, inview of the reliability of large auxiliary has passed, the unit with single row auxiliary equipmentswhich is demanding for parameters and performance higher began to put on the agenda, it also meansdemanding higher for the automatic control technology. In this paper, it put forward the controlstrategy which is apply to ultra-supercritical unit with single row auxiliary equipments bymaking research, and application in the simulator system.This paper is based on the comparing and analysis of single and double rowauxiliary equipments in ultra-supercritical unit, and at the premise of studying theimportant loop in control system, using the Guodian Bulian Plant660MWultra-supercritical unit with single row auxiliary equipments as research object, and usingthe Zhishen EDPF-NT Plus simulation supporting system as a platform for the researchof control strategy and the configuration of the control system, eventually establish acomplete set of simulator system, realize the simulation test of control strategy. Thispaper mainly focused on research of control schemes of the combustion control system,feedwater control system and main steam temperature control system, and combined withthe previous theoretical research results and practical experience in the field, to putforward the advanced control strategy, which is including that using control strategyoptimization of the BIR signal in the combustion control system, the enthalpy increasesas the water-coal ratio feedback signal in the feedwater control system, and the Smithpredictive control in the main steam temperature control system. Combined with theactual requirement for control parameters and quality, used on the simulator system anddebugging, making further optimization of the control strategy. The final simulationresults showed that: the control strategy after designing and optimizing applied to theunit with single row auxiliary equipments is feasible. The control strategy studied in thispaper can provide a reference for the study and application in the same industry.
