As the boiler develop towards large volume and high parameter, the ultra supercritical units become more and more popular, which reduce the coal consumption, economize the energy source, lessen the discharge capacity, and enhance the economy benefit. The ultra supercritical units will be the main type of fossil power unit in china, and control of ratio of fuel to water is the key and the difficulty in controlling the ultra supercritical units, but also restricts the whole control level of the ultra supercritical units. According to the running features of ultra supercritical once-through boiler, the article proposes a multivariable decoupling and internal model control method. The method is based on a combination of multivariable internal model control algorithm and decoupling algorithm, also used for the ratio of fuel to water of the ultra supercritical once-through boiler. The simulation results shows that the design program can decouple control very well, the quality of control system is good and the robustness and anti-interference quality are also good.
