The ultra supercritical unit will be the main type of fossil power unit in china, and the main steam temperature control is directly related to the safe and economic operation of generating units.Therefore,the main steam temperature control strategy of the ultra supercritical unit is studied in this paper.Firstly,by taking the typical ultra supercritical unit as the research object,the major characteristics of its main steam temperature control strategy are revealed.Then,the paper proposes an improved GPC-based augmented algorithm for the water spray desuperheating system.The simulation results show that the control performance of this algorithm is similar to that of GPC,and is obviously better than that of conventional PID,and also the algorithm has stronger robustness.What's more,this algorithm can be constructed by the DCS conventional blocks,proving its good practicality.Finally, by utilizing the logic configuration at the DCS level,the algorithm is realized.
