With the growth of national economy and power load, electrical network capacity hasincreased rapidly in China. More and more1000MW pulverized coal-fired units with highcapacity and parameters have been used. Based on the research on the No.1and No.2boilers located at Suizhong Power Plant, studied the process of thermal design andcalculation on a1000MW boiler.Papers discussing the analysis of1000MW ultra-supercritical unit coordinatedcontrol system based on the existing control system has been improved coordination ofdesign. Analysis of the coordination of the control system for controlling the thermalcharacteristics of the control structure, the greater the extent consistent with therequirements of the boiler combustion, improve the combustion efficiency of theautomatic control system is based on the traditional design of the coordinated controlsystem to achieve the optimization. Coordinated control system is a complex integratedcontrol systems, from control theory, it is a multi-input multi-variable/multiple outputcontrol system. In research and optimization, using the corresponding control law tooptimize the design, to achieve the purpose of optimal control. After the actual running ofthe test, improved coordination and control system design, load change rate of speed, themain accused parameter fluctuations within the allowable range, improve the economyand security of the unit.
