Supercritical units have been the main aspect in thermal power plant, and the water-fuel control of once-through boiler is an important task of units'normal running. Aiming at the features of the water-fuel ratio control system that can not give attention to celerity and veracity, we put forward association rule arithmetic in data mining to analyze the underlying relation of related parameters of the water-fuel ratio. According to the dynamic characteristics of feed-water flow and coal feed quantity disturbed, we analyze the necessity of water-fuel ratio in theory; study on the multidimensional association rule arithmetic. The data mining tool—Clementine is adopted to analyze the potential relations of related parameters of the water-fuel ratio. The results of the association rule mining are simulated and validated by modeling and simulation of feed-water control system.
