Coordinated Control System Of 600MW Supercritical Unit

As a result of direct current operating characteristic, the variation parameter mode of operation and control objects featured by multi-variables, it has very great particularity comparing with the sub critical pressure units in controlling, so the research of the supercritical pressure has far-reaching meanings to the safe handling and energy conservation of the units, especially the studying of the operation way and control strategy to the coordinated control system of the 600MW units, extremely more urgent. This paper analyses the difference between the supercritical pressure units and the sub critical pressure units, introduces the design, performance, response characteristic and the practical application of the boiler-turbine coordinated system which is used by the 600MW units of Xibaipo power plant in Hebei province. This paper represents the technique improvement and the test instance according to the operation of the units. The performance of the improved system is represented.
