Human resource management system is an indispensable part of an enterprise,and it is an important part of modern enterprise. So users should beable to find sufficient information and inquiry method in this system. In addition,human resource status should be cleared in a certain extent. However, low efficiency,poor safety, the massive documents and the data backlog of a long time. This maybring a lot of problems in reaching, upgrading, even maintenance. Therefore,Advanced automation, information-based human resources management system isessential to improve the management level of enterprises.The article start from the actual project, with a reference research situation, usingobject-oriented method, ASP and database packaging technology, the MVC designmode in ASP, metadata thoughts, database security and so on, make a frame of wholehuman resource management system. Then according to the characteristics of theinsurance companies and the actual demand of the project, From the point of view ofsoftware engineering article probes the insurance company human resourcemanagement system needs of the business, overall demand and business functions.And then, the system of business process and object model will give out the detailedanalysis of the icon, to make the system of the preparatory work perfect. At the sametime, analysis and design the system application metadata and database. Afteranalyzing in detail, discusses the insurance company human resource managementsystem design and implementation, including the design of system framework,designof metadata,design of database and implementation of subsystem.
