Research On Electronic Human Resource System Based On J2EE

With the flourish of Electronic Commerce, the process of enterprise management informationizing, especially the process of human resource management is being considered by more and more Chinese companies.J2EE is a mature platform of developing Web applications; Electronical human resource system which applied the B/S framework based on J2EE is getting popular in the field of enterprise management informationizing. Therefore, according to the circumstances of an insurance company, a set of electroncial human resource systems based on J2EE are implemented.On the basis of users'requirements analysis, applying J2EE design patterns, an architecture adapting to the requirements of electronical human resource system is advanced and the basic theory and implement of architecture are expatiated.According to principles of the MVC pattern, the architecture of the whole system is divided into three tiers. In this way, the couplings of different tiers are decreased and the performance of system is improved. In the implement processing of architecture; some open-source softwares are refered to support the system functions; XML is applied to customize the initialization of system; and also some other J2EE patterns are attempted.The electroncial human resource system based on the architecture passes the simulative environment test and enhances the efficiency of human resource work.The practice presents that the electroncial human resource system satisfies the insurance company and the architecture also fit the request of similar large-scale system as the electroncial human resource one.
