With the extension of business scale and intensively increasing competition in the market,the key to promote efficiency of the enterprises lies in how to develop the human resource advantageThrough the on-the-spot investigation,this passage analyzes the need of the HR management department,and the possible problems in the operation procedure,thus building up the primary frame diagram;By using the UML settiing-modeltechnique,analyzing all the use-case diagrame for all the sub-systems,and detailizing the typical model through a sequence diagram,this passage describes the affairs flow of the used example;By the contrast and analysis of the two-layer C/S structure,the three- layer C/S structure and the three-layer B/S structure,the B/S structure system is decided as the software structure for this system;By the detailed design for the categories of entity,control,and boundary of parts of the system model,a static model is got.And a dynamic model is established by using the sequence diagram.Finally,by utilizing the enterprise system model of J2EE,adopting the MVC model,this passage managed to design an efficient and practical EJB to realize the logical operation of the enterprises,.model parts thus accomplished.The system aims at integrating all data concerning HR to centralize the information sources.It also helps the directors of HR to plan and implement the HR of the enterprise from the strategic viewThis system aims at analyzing,designing and establishing models for Human Resou rces System,thus providing a model in the development of large-scale softwares in differ ent practical fields,which is the consultant and reutilizing basis of later analysis and desig n.
