Upon making use of modern theories of human resource management, and combining with detailed situation of enterprises, this article give a system framework based on human recourse management system of Internet/Intranet. Through analysis of the actuality of human resource management system home and abroad, I firstly make brief analysis of human resource management and the design target of the system, and on basis of introducing basic concept and methods of UML, carry through detailed analysis and design of the system by using of modeling technology of UML.The main contents of human resource management system in this article are framework and personnel management, want management, attendance record management, performance management, compensation management, training management, bylaw management and system management. The system airs at unified manage the datum relating to human resource, to form concentrated information source, and help enterprise managers of human resource carry through human resource layout and practice on strategy point.
