Cadastral management is refers to the country to gain a Cadastral areainformation and for the comprehensive study of land of national measures,land and resources management departments in the daily management ofthe most important and fundamental work. Along with the advancement ofinformation construction nowadays, the traditional cadastral managementmode gradually began to informatization cadastral management modeltransformation. In the2000years later, our country Township Bureau ofland management have gradually established their own cadastralmanagement information system, but a lot of cadastral managementinformation system there are certain limitations, some cadastralmanagement information system can realize general land attribute dataregistration, can’t take the spatial data and attribute data corresponding torealize organic connection, not achieve the diagram and land attributes ofthe consistency, usually, this is because they in the development ofcadastral management information system architecture, platform, database of the choice of such as there are limited. So we research and developmentbased on GIS cadastral management information system is of great value.This thesis made the demand analysis of the daily cadastralmanagement work and did the deep research about the technology ofcadastral management information system. This thesis had discussed basedon the GIS cadastral management information system design andimplementation of the measures. First the cadastral survey and landregistration and other major business process was analyzed, in systemdevelopment the key technologies used, including GIS technology, theworkflow technology, based on workflow MIS and GIS and OA integrationand ArcSDE spatial data engine, then the system database design includingdata acquisition and warehousing, data preprocessing, etc., finally, cadastralmanagement information system design gives the typical function module(cadastral surveying and mapping survey module, cadastral registrationmodule, cadastral inquires the statistical module and land certificatemanagement modules in the system. The system has been applied in thepractical work, to realize cadastral management standardization andmodernization plays an important role. This thesis based on GIS for development of cadastral managementinformation system development process of personal experience aresummarized, and prospects the future land in our country the prospect ofinformation management.
