All Elements Of Design And Implementation Of Cadastral Information System

Cadastral management is a comprehensive and complex land management work,and routine work will cost a lot of manpower, material and financial resources andtimeliness. Under the background of the global wave of information, total factorcadastral information system not only supplies department of national land andresources for the macro level of coordination office provides many elements, but alsoprovides new technologies for the processing of static management and dynamicmonitoring, improving the level of land and resources management.Therefore, this thesis analyzed from cadastral management work, given thecurrent cadastral management problems of land resources department and requirementsof the process of working model, which is based on the work flow embedded GIS andcombinates the target and standard of database of information construction of Xuzhou,through Investigating, researching, analyzing, and comprehensively summarizing theactual implementation process.The thesis has completed the overall design and analysis. Analyzing the conceptsof LIS and the platform of e-government, this thesis gets the essence of this system.According to the total factor cadastral management in the whole land resourcesmanagement and the relation with other land works, this thesis have discussed the newmodel and Implementation of total factor cadastral management. Through analyzing thedemands, this thesis has established the concept model, logical framework andarchitecture and finished the design of the database and every function modules of thesystem.
