Small And Medium-sized Research And Development Of The Cadastral Information System

The cadastral information system of medium and small scale has a nice future in the small cities of China.First, this paper introduces the connotation of cadastral information system and the research state in the world. Then, the auther analyzes the department of land management of small cities in China, concludes the characteristic of the cadastral information system of medium and small scale, and illuminates the structure, function, database, software and hardware. Tracing of land parcel history, management of office workflow and graphical processes are three difficult problems of cadastral information system. In this paper, these problems are researched in detail and the solutions are proposed. At last, the Huaihua cadastral information system, an instance of the theories and technologies, is recommended.The prominence of this paper can be explicated as the following: First, T-GIS is applied in solving the space-time variation of cadastral entities Successfully and Corresponding database is schemed out; Second, the workflow idea is embed into the cadastral information system. A workflow control is worked out for developing programs; Third, MAPGIS is applied in dealing with graphics.
