Design And Realization Of Urban Cadastral Management System Based On GIS

In our country,the informationization of land and resource is the important composition of national informationization construction,and the efficient instrument of realizing the land and resource management's scientification and standardization.Now,in every province and every city,it has become to be an important job that how to use modern information technology to develop urban cadastral management information system which having integrated structure,full functions,advanced techniques and fitting in with the needs of land and resource management's modernization in our land and resource informationization construction.This article,aiming at the characteristics and business demands of urban cadastral management in Hefei city,gives a general analysis and design of Hefei urban cadastral management system based on GIS platform.Here are the central contents of the article:1.It introduces the basic theories and functions of the urban cadastral management system,and discusses the design and realizing methods of GIS application system in detail.2.Based on explaining the business contents and concepts of urban cadastral management system,entirely and detailedly,it provides an explanation and analysis about the system,and gives the user demands of the system,and, develops three-tier application structure and network structure based on GIS technology.3.It puts forward design plan of the overall system,the client GIS functions, the system GIS functions,the database and the system security based on GIS about Hefei urban cadastral management system.It also gives explanations of the system realization plan and the key technology application.On the foundation of previous analysis and design,Hefei urban cadastral management system has been developed and used in land and resource management. The practical effects shows that,it has achieved the goal of informationization, scientification and standardization management of land and resource in Hefei city, raised working level of urban cadastral management.
