Design And Implementation Of Urban Cadastral Information Management System

Land Record Management is the core part of the land management,is an one of the national administration management measures,is a foundation to enhance land management work. Casdastral Information management System is the important part of the Land Information System ,is the application of GIS in the Land Record Management. Casdastral Information management System is a system based on the modern information technique,which can process the information of the land ,can realize input,output,store,analyze,etc,function.Firstly,this paper makes a brief introduction about the importance of the Land Record Information management System and the main content of the cadastral affair. Then it discuss the data structure of the cadastral spatial data and the attribute data,design the way to construct the topological relations of the spatial data.It makes a detail discussion on spatial attribute of the points,lines,polygons,puts forward the algorithm to ensure the relations between point and line,line and line,point and polygon,present the way to process the topological relation based on the node.At the same time it present the way to organize the temporal realation data.Based on the above,the paper designs a Casdastral Information management System.The system can transact the cadastral daily affair ,edits the spatial data and the attribute data.At last,the paper makes a propect about the cadastral work,analyses the problem to be solved.
