Design The Model Of Rural Cadastral Management Database Based On UML

As the development of Chinese reform，China has already makes a great achievementon social and economic aspect. As the progress of integration for rural and urban area.Thegap between urban and rural area is narrow than before，as the development of rural area, theproblem of agriculture, country and farmers have already arouse an immensely attention ofCentral government. Land as the core feature for maintains people’s life,whether thegovernment can manage and use land well is a crucial part about the harmonious and stableof our country. China is a big agriculture country, the population of rural take part of70%inChina. Because of the restrain on technology，rural cadastral is managed by many differentdepartments as land, water, agriculture. In rural area is also no informational cadastralmanagement. Lots of cadastral data is still in paper form. The manager can’t managecadastral in reasonable way, and get accurate information.As the development of focus on these problems, the State Council of China promulgateswhich treat the issue of rural area as the core part of their work in the future. At2011thethree department which are ministry of finance, ministry of agriculture and the Ministry ofland and resources have issued a combine notification which is accelerate the process of landregistration and property right issue on rural area. This is aims to build a clearly propertyright, clearly duty and protecting the transformation of land property right in rural China.This article based on summarize the current situation about cadastral informationalmanagement for foreign country and China. Based on analyze the requirement for ruralcadastral management by research on the process of cadastral management such as landsurvey, property right survey.Based on these requirements use UML pattern to build theconcept model for rural cadastral database.At last will summarize the research, give the recommendation for future research.
