With the rapid development of E-business, there is a growing shortage ofE-business talents. One reason is that there are many shortcomings in current educationand training of E-business talents, and the other is the lack of professional and effectiveinformation platform for E-business talents.This brings a strange phenomenon that onone hand, companies need a lot of e-commerce talents, and on the other hand,E-businesstalents has a very low employment rates. In recent years, recruitment websites becomepopular and effective platforms for enterprise and job seekers. These websitessignificantly improve the efficiency of talent recruitment. But recruitment websites fore-business talents at home and abroad are very lacking.This thesis is designed to resolve these contradictions, the talent match job-basedadaptive E-business platform. The purpose of the platform is to address personnelrecruitment for E-business talents.The framework of this platform is B/S mode.Basedon the traditional recruitment website,the design uses self-adaptive matching technologyto achieve a specific e-business recruitment platform.Through the analysis of the basictheories and relevant technologies,this thesis is given on the basis of in-depthdemonstration and analysis theory and technology-based posts adaptive matchingsystem design and implementation.The main process design of the platform is asfollows:1. This thesis job sites at home and abroad, combined with E-business Jobs, willuse the platform of the needs of users, so as to arrive in order to meet business and E-business talent as well as the system administrator, system functionneeds.2. After the system requirements analysis, based on the traditional theory of theestablishment of the website, the paper gives the physical architecture and logicalarchitecture of the platform. And the designs of user function modules and systemsbusiness processes are given based on the user functional requirements. In the detaileddesign stage, the focus of this thesis is the platform compared with traditionalrecruitment platform specific aspects of the design. First, a careful division of the positions of the E-business talent is designed, and then a job matching engine isdesigned. For information systems, database design is particularly important.At last, inthe aspect of database design, the requirements, concept design, logic design is given.3. Finally, at the end of the paper, the realization of data layer, business logic layerand presentation layer is discussed.And some pictures of the demonstrations ofsystematic operation results is provided.The platform has achieved the basic functions of recruitment platform.And as aspecialized platform for E-business talent, some basic functions is adjusted andexpand.Self-adaptive matching platform of E-business talent based on positioninformation offers a unique solution for E-business talent recruitment.
