Nowadays,new media is emerging:and there is no longer an independent traditional media that has a sense of crisis on the issue of "survival".Traditional media began to seek "integration" development.In the period of integration transformation,how to recruit all media talents by traditional media has become the most concerned topic in the media field.Under the background of the Internet era the suvival mode and practitioners of traditional media are constantly fission and integration environment to adapt to the era.New technology creates new media,new media.gives birth to new production process:and new production process requires "compatible,diverse and practical"new employees,namely all media talents.However,the traditional media is now showing"lack of all media journalists":"difficult recruitment":"blind Recruitment" and other issues.In recent years:scholars at home and abroad have carried out many attempts on the management of employee recruitment under the background of financial media,and the research perspectives and methods are also increasing.However,due to the single research level of many mathematicians and the lack of theoretical basis of human resource management,it is impossible to provide more valuable knowledge reserves for human resource management.This paper takes ncrb Media Group Co.:Ltd.as an example to explore the transformation of traditional media in China.and provide useful reference for promoting the successful transformation of traditional media.By using the methods of interview and questionnaire,this paper investigates the human resources department:interview department,editing department and new media department of the group:collects the original data,and deeply understands the opinions and opinions of each department on the current recruitment system and the all media,talent recruitment.At the same time,a questionnaire survey of 50 employees was carried out.and the reliability,validity and correlation analysis of the effective questionnaire were carried out.The existing recruitment problems of ncrb Media.Group Co.:Ltd.were concluded,including the lack of strategic deployment in the early stage of recruitment:the lack of scientific and reasonable recruitment process,and the lack of evaluation mechanism in the late stage of recruitment.The above problems were put forward and integrated with the characteristics of ncrb media group and the industry background Increase the company's all media recruitment countermeasures and safeguard measures to provide comprehensive and systematic theoretical guidance for human resource management.
