J2EE Based Design And Implementation Of Document Transfer System

The official document is regarded as the only way to communicate in enterprisesfor long time.The transmission and approval of the official documents are bymail,which lead to a lot of problems. It is easy to lost and prone to error and so on. Withthe developing of IT industry, it is necessary to change the way of delivering officialdocuments. Nowadays, many large enterprises use OA to conduct official business. TheOA combines traditional office business with network technology, and it become a newway to conduct official business which is more effective and convenient.To a greatextent,it save time to work. Through the network, the workers are able to cooperatewith others in different places, which enrich the way to conduct official business,givingworkers more opportunity and improving the efficiency of managing official documents.The most important part of OA is Document Flow System. It is defined as series ofprocess to create and convey and manage official documents. In every stage ofdocuments, it should be handled with fixed methods and rules. During developingDocument Flow System, we use a structured method. According to the need of thesystem, we design the part of the system with method of module, and find a way tocomplete the whole system. And the way is using the technology of Web and MVC.Finally, according to the need of system, we develop the module of the management ofsystem and conveying documents and receiving documents. During developing thissystem, JAVA plays a important role, showing is safety and portability and easiness.Document Flow System Based on Internet development, compared to thetraditional document flow system is more efficient, more confidential, more intuitiveand simple operation And it is the future trend of development of enterprise documentmanagement.
