According to this research, we have achieved some development of theSMS platform in two aspects. Based on the platform of China mobile Internet SMSgateway interface protocols, through this platform, the system internal users can sendSMS one way or double. This system also provides SMS senders recording andmaintenance function. This SMS platform development keeps the administrators of thepolitical consultative conference informed of the important announcement in the firsttime instead of traditional web page notice. All of this develops the office platform to abetter place.
