The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the provincial, the company hasnearly2,000full-time staff, located in the province, and the staff who manage humanresources are only6people. Limited human resources management for the growingnumber of employees and human resource matters related to the management of theincreasingly busy, the existing management techniques and software can not meet thecurrent demand. To manage the human resources of each, thereby achieving the purposeof human management, specifically the development of SSH-based company’s humanresources management system. The human resources management system is mainlyused to change the current human resource management is in chaos,not detailed, nosystem, inefficient status quo. Therefore, the system includes organizational settings,job planning, personnel management, payroll, insurance benefits, recruitment andselection, training, management, performance appraisal management, labor contractmanagement, integrated query, rules and regulations, employee self-service, systemsettings, system management modules.In the realization of the system, SSH architecture is adopted. SSH Frameworkarchitecture adopts layered design thinking, puts together three prevailing Frameworks.Presentation layer has adopted Struts Framework. Business layer has used SpringFramework. Persistence layer has used HIBERNATE. So far, the framework already hascombined Struts, bean management, transaction management of Spring andobject/relation mapping function of HIBERNATE. They learn from other’s strong pointsto offset one’s weaknesses between every layer, coordinate each other, make up one easyto safe guard Web development framework that carry overall, ripe, high-efficiently andusing loose coupling between every layer framework. It verifies that the SSHFramework greatly raises development efficiency of Web application program. Becauseit adopts to layered structure, it makes developers bear responsibility for one’s ownprogram, mutual noninterference, and enable lots of jobs synchronism running andshortens development period. Because the Spring Framework itself encapsulates treatment of lower exception and transaction control, in business layer developersexpend energy on understanding and realizing of the business, at the same time, itreduces the code amount, lightens the developer’s burden.The company can use the system to ensure that human resource managers have ahigher work rate to ensure that every employee of the Human informative and complete.This will not only help reduce the workload of human resources management, provideefficiency; and human resources management for employees effective management cangreatly improve employee motivation, improve the company’s external competitiveness.The design and realization of the EPTS provides a effective design method to the samedevelopment.
