The Design And Realization Of Management Information System For W Manufacturing Company

The wide application of computer information technology, the information system has become the managers of enterprises rely on and use of main management tools. In modern organization, there a large number of various information system applicable to all kinds of different levels, with different functional. Most of the enterprises are facing challenges to effectively select and use these software to solve the problem. In order to effectively use information system, the enterprise needs to understand what is closely related with the organization, management and information technology, fully understanding and correctly deal with the problems.W company is a vehicle manufacturing company that product is in transition. In recent years, with the continuous development of enterprise scale, the company departments are introduced the corresponding information system, providing important support for the enterprise internal business operation. However, the company has developed to a certain stage, this kind of isolated information system inevitably led to the "information island" phenomenon. Promote the enterprise information management level, build enterprise information system, have already become the inevitable choice of the development of W manufacturing company. Selection of the large ERP management software, abandoning the company’s original information system module, is not the optimal implementation way of W manufacturing company’s management information system.This paper analyzes the close relations of information systems and business organization, introduces the information system planning and development method, the cost of ownership, what closely related with enterprise informatization. Produced by W company as the research object, this paper analyses the demand for information technology, using the planning, design, evaluation, innovation of method and idea of IE, discusses W company first breakthrough operation bottleneck of information system integration mode, and based on the "technology and manufacturing data management system" and "product data management system" two information system module design&implementation as an example, studies the way W company meets the challenges of information.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background, purpose, significance; the second chapter gives an overview of the management information system, and introduces the information system in the domestic and foreign development and application; the third chapter describes how the W manufacturing company management information system planning and design; the fourth chapter introduces the W manufacturing company’s management information system design and implementation of the key module; the fifth chapter summarizes the system application effect, analyses the success factors and the problems; the sixth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis.From the angle of combining theory with practice, according to W manufacturing company management information system planning, design and implementation process of summary, this paper puts forward suggestions to break through the information bottleneck of the development of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.
