Design Of Product Data Management System For Manufacturing Enterprise

The world has entered the era of information business economy nowadays; the speed of change with the economic structure has been an explosive growth. Currently, enterprises also facing an increasing pressure on the market competition, the tools of advanced information technology are increasingly popular in the enterprise. This PDM system is an information platform for the operator which based on the distributed network and database management technology, it can managed operating procedures, instrumentation equipment, product parameters, product performance records and so on. Through the statistical analysis of the product performance data, and the production process control, it can achieve the manufacturing enterprise product data monitoring, tracking, recording and management, and with the strictly control of the production processes, it also can ultimately to reduce business costs, improve the ultimate goal of enterprise income.The enterprise collect the data with manual entry and part of the system, also the enterprise built a number of factories, so the data can't be shared, when we need to check the data, it just can check by manual operation. According to the practical application of enterprise, the design of the PDM system, mainly focused on the system architecture design, module design, data analysis module, statistical report function, real-time process control, ERP integrated interface, multi field data synchronization and other key links. The design and implementation of information standardization is carried out on the data management system of the whole product, such as long cycle, data, difficult and complex process and so on.
